It Works
Well I am now printing. Did the majority of my calibration and setting of parameters for PLA with my E3D V5 hotend. It appears the fan on the E3D is a bit small and was causing the PLA to jam after printing for 30 minutes or so. I played with the temperature but will make a new shroud for a larger fan and try and cool the transition from the block to the fins. I have a heated bed on its way and need to order some ABS and Laywood to try.

Delta Printer Mocked Up
Well here it is in all its glory. This is the first mock up of my 3D delta printer. Its using 1020 aluminum extrusion so I had to modify the mini kossel parts to be able to use them to make my life easier. Hoping to have more rigidity in this setup. Waiting on an Azteeg X5 with 32 bit ARM chip and 32nd microstepping. Using an E3D hot end and thanks to Jon on the delta printer google forums I will have a better fan integrated effector.
CNC Spindle
Here is the start of the ER Spindle setup. I have a treadmill motor that I will attach to the spindle section.
I don't plan on using the HF router setup but I could...
Here's the tread mill motor and yes I took it apart. I'm working on DC motor designs at work so lets just consider this benchmarking.

CNC Working On It
Here's where I stand on the CNC. Trying to get all the misc issues cleaned up. X,Y,Y Slave are working. Running a G540 Gecko control.
Working on an ER20 collet spindle with a gear reduced trim router motor. Should give me some tooling flexibility and by using heavy spindle bearings should prevent router bearing problems.
